How we do it!
At your invitation we will visit your home to discuss your requirements in detail. We will help you make your choice - carry out a preliminary survey - and submit a carefully costed quotation. All this is free of charge and without obligation. Whether or not you decide to proceed is up to you. The one thing we promise not to do is 'pressure you' for a decision. There will be no unsolicited telephone call - 'high pressure' selling is not our style.
If you decide to go ahead we will not ask for a deposit. We will carry out a detailed survey, begin fabricate and organize all materials needed, advise when we can begin work and how long the installation will take. All you have to do is agree to a date that suits you best.
Our installation teams are carefully selected and widely experienced. Every individual takes pride in their work and will make every effort to minimize inconvenience and disruption at every stage.
Only when you are happy with the work we have done will ask for payment. We do not think we can give you a stronger assurance of our commitment to complete customer satisfaction. Every aspect of the work we carry out is comprehensively guaranteed.
